A person who gives a clothmaker the tools, like scissors could have been named as Mister Scherengeber. Scherengeber is an anagram created with the letters Schneeberger. Scherengeber is a fine working name same as Schneeberger is. We have such things in the world of coding a lot. There are machines for generating an anagram. They can be used as a part of a LOREM IPSUM generator.

“Tom Marvolo Riddle” matches “I am Lord Voldemort.” [see timestamp 2:30]

This way the most famous pen-name was created in the novel Harry Potter. There are other ways to generate a coded name. The Caesar Code might be the most famous one to be used in digital times. It is easy to code and easy to decipher. You need no hacker to crack the code, no supercomputer, not to use algorithms that only the NGA, the other National Gallery of Art has. This way the 6th director of the NGA, Robert Cardillo, re-coded the agency’s name in a public speech. If you like to read more, just have a look at the Sand Bible. It started with CISCO where the company had to give the authorities the documentation of their encryption technology so they can directly read what you transmit by using a CISCO router.

Even when you use a simple code, then you can say that the user broke the TOS you set up and you claim compensation. Your rights to privacy, to keep private data private became a fiction. It happens now all the time that the Terms of Service are broken because no one ever reads them. You can’t read dozens of pages before using a system, so you go for “I ACCEPT.” Since a few years ago GDPR was set in place each website has to have TOS and the decision goes in a hidden way by asking you to “Agree to our privacy policy. ” For me, it reads like “Agree to the quality of air we deliver.” You could say, “I DON’T AGREE TO GET AIR” but it works only if you are an Avatar. If you rez a prim, which means you create a box in a virtual world, then this box is the property of the system which creates the box, you just modify it, that is your right, to modify what the programmers of this system offer you as a “MENU.” Do you gain rights if you create 1,000 boxes and arrange and manipulate them in a unique way, texture them in a unique way, script the interactions between the boxes in a unique way? The textures you uploaded become also part of the system. You say, “but I made it with photoshop.” That is, in theory, correct, but only in theory. You need a viewer, you need a visualization, a windlight system, else no one sees the texture. And even worse. In a grid system, the resources are not centralized. So where are the textures you want to set a claim on? On AWS? Since the Supreme Court ruled in the case Cariou v. Prince photographers know the dilemma they are in. You copy and modify what you copied and you are fine. CUT & MERGE Art was born.
